Remove existing roofing material down to original wood plank decking Remove existing abandoned chimney below roof deck and properly frame and fill in area in preparation for roofing install new 1/2 cdx plywood to original wood planking Remove existing roofing material down to original wood plank decking Remove existing abandoned chimney below roof deck and properly frame and fill in area in preparation for roofing install new 1/2 cdx plywood to original wood planking Install granulated ice and water guard at eve's edge of roof Install new galvanized drip edge under ice and water guard at eves Install new synthetic felt to remaining roof deck area Install new galvanized drip edge over synthetic dry in at the rake edges Install new 40 year limited lifetime architectural shingle and ridge cap (color chosen by owner) Install all necessary trims and flashings for a water tight finish Install gutters and downspouts that direct water away from foundation Clean all debris associated with job scope Steuben County reserves as its right. The bond shall be in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). A certified check, cashier's check, or a bank issued Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond Questions, concerns, and/or requests for clarification should be submitted in writing to: Andrew G.
