Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work includes the replacement of an existing exterior sign at the Macon Campus. The new sign will utilize existing concrete foundations and existing electrical infrastructure. Electrical infrastructure shall be extended as required. Submit Bid Security with bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Contract Sum amount bid, made payable to "State of Tennessee", in the form of legal bid bond or certified or cashier's check.
