Supply and install collapsed sewer drain pipe to code - Provide window protection for work in alleyway - plywood sheets - Locate and excavate to existing 4" cast iron to 6" clay pipe connection - Confirm proper pitch can be achieved to septic tank - Locate, excavate existing drain pipe to gas and sand trap - cut and cap both ends - unit is abandoned - Fill existing floor drains in hvac and automotive shops to sand and gas trap - Excavate through 16" concrete pad and excavate to depth for new 6" pipe in a 38" wide alleyway to the parking lot - remove and replace as required to install 6" CI pipe - Sawcut asphalt - excavate trench as indicated on provided engineered plan to existing septic tank to install 6" CI pipe with clean outs - Connect to existing septic tank shall be done in accordance with Title V requirements - Obtain necessary permits for pipe repair work - Asphalt repair can be excluded at this time - Patch concrete - Pipe and trench must be able to withstand heavy equipment and large delivery trucks - Abandon current collapsed clay drain in place Please contact Jim Harding: jharding@SSVOTECH.org 781-878-8822 x433 Dig trench and find cast iron and clay connection - dig trench to parking lot and make connection to septic tank with new 6" pipe
