Remodeling of a municipal facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
USPS Friendship Station Facade Rehabilitation : Facade Restoration Rehabilitation of the facade at the existing USPS Post Office. This project will includes brick masonry repairs, joint sealants, concrete repairs, and cast-in-place concrete repairs. Includes Demolition, Concrete Restoration, Masonry Restoration, and Joint Sealant Installation. Wage Rates are required and can be found under the files tab. Please include all associated sales taxes in your pricing. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to July 2023.
