As of 07/05/2023 - No award has been made and the solicitation will be reposted for bid. The Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Division (OHMVR) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Public Works Solicitation (PWS) Number C23550009 entitled "Echo Gate Project". When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative Contractor's Full Business Name hereafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Parks and Recreation, Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division (OHMVR) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to complete the fabrication of forest road access gates and installation at Echo Lake SNO-Park on the Eldorado National Forest per the contract requirements and specifications as listed in Exhibit A, Attachment 2. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for the off-site fabrication of the gates per the drawings and specifications. The contractors shall also install these gates at the locations provided in the contract. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement
