Drone Videography - Photography 8. Electrical/Instrumentation/SCADA Systems Integration 9. Environmental CEQA/NEPA/Biological Studies 10. General Engineering 11. Geotechnical Services 12. Hydroelectric Compliance Services 13. Land Survey 14. Painting Inspection 15. QSD/QSP Services 16. Registered Forester Services 17. Regulatory Permitting Services 18. Work performed under the following service categories qualifies as public works (Labor Code 1720): 1) Construction Inspection; 2) Electrical/Instrumentation/SCADA Systems Integration Services for Groups C and D Only; 3) General Engineering; 4) Geotechnical Services; 5) Land Survey; and 6) Painting Inspection. Public works projects are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and are subject to payment of prevailing wages. To be qualified for these service categories, a contractor must be registered with the DIR. In addition, pursuant to prevailing wage laws, copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Districts principal office and are available on request. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
