The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to create safety and mobility improvements on NE St Johns Boulevard/Road and NE St James Road between Fourth Plain Boulevard and NE 68th Street. The St Johns and St James Complete Streets Safety and Mobility Project willstudy the opportunity to create safety and mobility improvements on NE St Johns Boulevard/Road and NE St James Road between Fourth Plain Boulevard and NE 68 th Street. This Project will gather feedback from the community to inform project alternatives and ensure the preferred alternative advances the City's core policy priorities ofsafety, equity and climate action, aligns with Vancouver's Complete Streets Policy, and reflectsthe needs and desires of the community. The Project will result in 30% Signing&Striping Plansthat will be coordinated with, and incorporated into, upcoming pavement work planned for 2025.
