As of November 7, 2023, the project has been awarded however, information regarding a contract award amount and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed. Project consists of an interior renovation of an existing office building with some associated exterior work. Scope of work: selective demolition, sitework demolition, sewer & water line, asphalt patch, fill for new steps & ramp, termite protection, concrete work, concrete floor patch, masonry infill, structural steel for new skylights & roof top units, steel handrails, sheet metal blocking, rough carpentry, casework, frp panels, insulation - batt & spray foam, gutters & downspouts, firestopping, sealants, doors & hardware, access doors, storefront, skylights, glazing, gypsum board system, ceramic tile, window sills, acoustical ceiling, resilient tile, carpet tile, resinous flooring, paint, specialties, corner guards, specialty signs, aluminum wall hung canopies, horizontal louver blinds, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, hvac, electrical, fire alarm system. Alternate 1: Provide skylights and associated work.
