Construct a complete water access, parking for rental business, bituminous trail, concrete sidewalk & stairs, utilities, landscaping and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Construct fish cleaning building. 3. Install precast vault toilet. 4. Install precast restroom building including foundation, mechanical and electrical.
