Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Archbold, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,640-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Architects Estimate of Cost: $1,650,000.00 Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54, each bidder shall be required to file at the time of the bid, one of the following options: 1. A bond in accordance with division (B) of section 153.54 of the Revised Code, providing for the Bid Guaranty and the Contract Bond in the full amount of the bid, or, 2. A Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Letter of Credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Revised Code, in accordance with division (C) of Section 153.54. The amount of the Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Letter of Credit shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If this option is used, a Performance Bond issued by a surety company in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder as a condition of the contract. 3. Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws apply to this project and must be paid in accordance with Chapter 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code, and as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce-Division of Industrial Compliance, Wage and Hour Administration, for Fulton County, for each laborer, workman or mechanic employed under this contract.
