Renovation of an educational facility in Archbold, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work includes but not limited to: 1) Building code upgrade including ADA and Fire protection/Alarm systems. 2) Classroom renovations and re-location of classrooms. 3) Office renovations and re-location of offices. 4) Construction of new 2 story addition to house the E-Sports and conference room approximately 1500 sq.ft.total. 5) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing upgrades as determined. 6) Exterior window replacement and roofing repairs. Professional design services are being acquired by the Contracting Authority under a separate contract. The Program of Requirements ('POR') will be developed as a part of this project by the Architect/Engineer ('A/E'). All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority and/or Owner's policies and procedures. Funding / Estimated Budget Total Project Cost $5,706,239.00 State Funding $4,706,239.00 Construction Cost $4,400,000.00 Other Funding $1,000,000.00 EDGE Participation Goal 5.0% Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Jennifer Farber at jfarber@northweststate.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please).
