Renovation of a mixed-use development in Herndon, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
SUMMARY OF WORK INCLUDES: 1) Pump pool and clean out water and debris using a light acid wash. 2) Prepare the existing surface for the application of Marbelite (pool plaster). 3) Apply new Marbelite plaster over entire pool interior. Contractor is to provide the Town with warranty statement and instructions for proper curing.
