The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Offsite Water and Wastewater Improvements for Shepherd's Village The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction Furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for the construction of approximately 577 L.F. of 8'' SDR 26 PVC wastewater gravity main at varying depths, 20 L.F. of 8'' DR 26 PVC wastewater gravity main, four (4) - 4 ft. diameter standard manholes, wastewater service lines installation, water services installation, saw cutting and replacing existing pavement and concrete, erosion control, tree removal, traffic control and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section #00300. Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Complex, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
