Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, transportation, and equipment for this turnkey project to remove existing and install new 150-ton air cooled chiller to Williamson County Sheriff Office. All approved emergency work requests will be scheduled accordingly by the Williamson County Contracts Administrator or designee. This turnkey project shall provide everything that is or that may be required to perform this work safely and properly to the satisfaction of Williamson County Facilities Management department a. Removal of existing chiller. b. Installation of new 150-ton air cooled chiller with BACnet Integrations; and c. Any and all site reviews, engineering, permitting, acquisition, deliver/freight/expediting, equipment handling, removal/disposal of existing units, installation, start up and commissioning of the new unit(s), cleanup and the proper and legal disposal of all debris and trash resulting from this project to the satisfaction of Williamson County Facilities Management department.
