In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 307.87, this shall serve as notification that this notice is available on Sandusky County Engineer ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $195,000.00 Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished and must contain the name of every person interested therein. The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid or a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Letter of Credit in an amount of at least 10% of the amount bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their product. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, Governors Executive Order of 1972, and Governors Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
