All questions shall be directed to Aaron Klein, P.E. at aklein@cityofsandusky.com in writing via email no later than 8:00 am on Monday, February 26, 2024. Prevailing Wage Rates and the City's Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract. ESTIMATE OF COST - $841,830.00 The bid tabulation for the Sandusky All Wheels Park is enclosed. Two companies have submitted bids, both surpassing the Engineer's Estimate by more than 10%. This requires a reassessment of the project, and as per section 5.1.1 of the Instruction to Bidders. We are looking at the plan set to determine what the discrepancies were. We will be rebidding the project once we understand the differences and develop an approach that will elicit an award.
