Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project was awarded to Lazaro with the amount of $377,502.62. The City of Fitchburg is seeking qualified bidders to provide roadway paving services including milling, paving, and structure adjustments. A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 39M, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder.
