furnishing of all materials, labor, and for performing all related work for: The Mill Creek Water Reclamation District is requesting bids for the removal and replacement of approximately 3400 linear feet of cedar split rail fence and the installation of two gates. 1800 linear feet will be standard three rail fencing and 1600 linear feet will have 2 x 3 welded wire mesh backing. The two gates will be vehicle access gates. Bidders are required to submit qualifications in accordance with contract documents. The Contractor and sub-contractors shall comply with prevailing wage requirements at the time of the signing of the contract as found by the Department of Labor or as determined by the Court of Appeal, to all his/her employees performing work under the Contract. A signed certification stating the above as well as the fact that the bidder is not barred from bidding as a result of a violation of either Section 33E-3 or 33E-4 of Chapter 38, Illinois Revised Statutes, 1987 (as amended) must be submitted by the successful bidder as part of this contract. The Mill Creek Water Reclamation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. In addition, the District reserves the right to hold all bids for up to 90 days after opening.
