Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
AS of June 22, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The work includes: replacement of approximately 1,053 LF of existing sanitary sewer main with new eight (8) inch SDR-26 PVC gravity sanitary sewer main with full-depth stone backfill, installation of five (5) precast concrete sanitary sewer manholes, including frames and covers, replacement of twenty (20) existing sanitary sewer laterals from the new gravity sanitary sewer main, removal and disposal of the existing gravity sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes and installation of temporary and permanent trench restoration paving. All work is located in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as provided for in the bid documents. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Lower Pottsgrove Township Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Authority. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/23/2023 2:00 PM
