Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of work to be bid on: Paving of the Sprogels run trail located along Snyder Road in Upper Pottsgrove Township, Pottstown, PA. This will consist of paving the trail to an approximate width of 6aEUR(TM), using 9.5mm asphalt at a compacted depth of 3aEUR, as well as paving an ADA parking area. Approximately 1,625 square yards of paving Sketches of the work are included in the packet with a full description of the work to be completed by the awarded bidder. *This project may be subject to PA prevailing wage rates All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of [10%]. No bid may be withdrawn within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of the bid opening or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners intends to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder at the Board public meeting on June 19, 2023, commencing at 7:00 pm at the Upper Pottsgrove Township Municipal Building. The awarded bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Upper Pottsgrove Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all of Bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Upper Pottsgrove Township
