Renovation of a municipal facility in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Except as otherwise specified in this RFB, all correspondence, including written questions and objections, pertaining to this RFB shall be directed This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Replacement of the roof at Douglas Hall, located at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Replacement of the roof at Douglas Hall to include: Clean and prep existing roofs for a TPO or PVC overlay. Clean-up and haul away all debris. Install 1/4 in Dens Deck. Install 60-mil TPO or 60 mil PVC membrane over 1/4in Dens Deck-over existing asphalt roof. Approximately 31,300 sq ft. Install cricket systems to direct water to all drains as needed. Install TPO or PVC clad metal and redo all drains. Install free flow vents and pipe jacks. Provide warranty information on workmanship and products used. Install all New Cap metal on main and all down roofs. Contractor responsible for exact measurements and all products needed for the Project. Provide time needed to complete the Project. Replace metal cap approximately 830ft. Replace cap counter flashing approximately 840ft. Replace gravel flashing 150ft.
