Renovation of a stadium in Huron Park, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to Provide a lifecycle replacement for the chiller serving the ice rink at the Stephen Township Arena located at 69625 Airport Line, Huron Park within the Municipality of South Huron. Documents can be obtained at: https://southhuron.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Fri Jun 2, 2023 3:00 PM (EDT) Inquiries related to this bid are required to be submitted through the Bidding System using the Submit a Question button. Inquiries must be received no later than 3:00 PM, three (3) business days prior to closing otherwise a response may not be provided. Completion of Work : Time shall be of the essence of this agreement. Given the seasonal operation of the Stephen Arena, removal and replacement of the Chiller can only happen between June 20th, 2023 September 15th, 2023, or April 1st, 2024 August 16th, 2024. Please specify on Schedule A of the Bidder Information document what the completion date will be. *Award subject to final approval.
