Renovation of an educational facility in Sunnyvale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 30,000-square-foot educational facility.

District seeks replacement of approximately 30,000 square feet of asphalt shingles with new asphalt singles and sheet metal flashings on four (4) classroom wings along with a designated area of the administration building. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): C-39 - Roofing Contractor To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Cupertino Union School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work Last Day for Questions: May 25, 2023 @ 3:00 p.m. PST Award : June 15, 2023
