The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated construction cost is $275,000.00 to $350,000.00. The County requires the Project to be completed in sixty (60) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
