Renovation of a water / sewer project in Summerdale, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for the Elevated Storage Tank Improvements, DWSRF Project No. FS010275-03, Baldwin County Commission ARPA Project No. 01003-514-230101-0028 will be received by the Town of Summerdale Town Hall. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Guarantee will be required with each bid for 5% (not to exceed $10,000) of the amount of the bid filed in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Summerdale. Bid Bonds shall include certification that the bonding company is listed in Circular 570 of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond. Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1985, and must submit with this bid satisfactory evidence of such license. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to June 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
