Site work for a road / highway in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of June 23, 2023 project was awarded to Dudley Fence Company, awarded amount is $55,480.87.** Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct approximately 2,500 feet of new wind fence for cells 11 & 12A with no gaps at the New Hanover County Landfill located at 5210 Highway 421 North, Wilmington, North Carolina. Exact location/arrangement of fencing shall be determined in field with County staff, as more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to Lena Butler, Purchasing Supervisor at lbutler@nhcgov.com. Questions should be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM EST. An addendum summarizing all questions and answers will be posted to the County's website by close of business on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Bidders who have notified the County of their intent to submit a proposal along with an email address will be sent the addendum upon posting. There will be no formal bid opening. New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make the award which will be most advantageous to the County.
