All bidders must obtain a Business/Sales Tax License with the City of Lamar BEFORE bidding. All bids must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Bidder's Business name, Contact name, Address, Phone Number, bid number and item. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Any bids received by a vendor that does not have a current Business/Sales Tax License with the City of Lamar will not be considered. All bid openings will be open to the public and interested parties. The City of Lamar reserves the right to reject all bids, parts of a bid, or all bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, to make minor alterations to the specifications, and to accept the proposal, or portion thereof, that is in the best interest of the City.
