The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on August 1, 2023, at 10:30 AM at the Bureau of Bridges & Structures Office in Springfield. Phase I engineering services are required to provide underwater diving inspection services for investigating bridge substructure units and other structures in the water.
