Site work and paving for a road / highway in Little Valley, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
his project will consist of the placement of a warm mix asphalt overlay on CR 12 (Washington St; Ellicott St; Jefferson St; Otto Rd; Otto-East Otto Rd) between South Street and CR 13. Also included in the project is milling in identified areas, placement of True and Leveling Course in identified areas, placement of shoulder back up material, inventory and placement of pavement marking stripes; and providing all required Work Zone Traffic Control. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. Pavement Improvement Project CR 12 Resurfacing CR 12 - Washington St; Ellicott St; Jefferson St; Otto Rd; Otto-East Otto Rd; between South Street and County Road 13 In order to facilitate the replacement of culverts by Cattaraugus County DPW - Maintenance Forces work involving the placement of the continuous top course asphalt overlay shall not start prior to August 1, 2023. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor of every kind required to prepare the surface and overlay the pavement and all other incidental work as detailed in these contract documents in the most substantial and workmanlike manner, and do everything required by the Contract Documents as defined herein.
