Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Water System Improvements project will be received by the East Boulder County Water District, PO Box 18641 Boulder CO 80308-1641. Any proposal received after the above specified time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The work site is within the Benchmark Subdivision in the East Boulder County Water District. Directions to the site: from S. Boulder Road, go south on Paragon Drive, continue on Spring Drive which dead ends at the Benchmark Subdivision. The work generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 900 lineal feet of 8 and 6-inch water mains, associated valves, fire hydrants, service line reconnections, asphalt pavement and curb and gutter replacement. Further information can be found in the "Instructions to Bidders" of the Contract Documents. It is assumed each Bidder is familiar with all Contract Documents, including all Drawings and Specifications.
