Reference Number 0000319607 Question Acceptance Deadline 05/24/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The current central administration building at 6500 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO is being served by (14) Two-stage Gas fired/Two-stage DX, constant volume Roof Top Units (RTU) that produce uneven room temperatures and uneven air flow. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a request for engineering and architectural CONSULTING DESIGN services. Design services are sought to provide recommendations for overall improvement, optimal performance and increased efficiencies to the HVAC system. The district anticipates recommendations to include RTU replacements and the addition of VAV units. Final Construction Documents shall detail any architectural, structural, and interior changes to existing spaces. The awarded design team shall provide complete and comprehensive engineering/architectural design services, which will include verifying existing site conditions, system assessment, code review for plan compliance, and budgetary numbers.
