All such requests for explanation shall be received via above e-mail The project, in general, consists of providing and implementing traffic control and construction area signs; designing and implementing de-watering and temporary water bypass; furnishing and installing temporary chain link fence; installing temporary water pollution control measures; providing trenching and shoring safety measures; saw cutting, excavating, trenching, and backfilling; disposing excess material; removing and disposing of damaged 42-inch CMP pipe; installing 42-inch class III reinforced concrete pipe; restoring existing site; furnishing, placing, and compacting asphalt concrete; and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete said project. This project is subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws, rules and guidelines contained in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to payment of prevailing wages.
