The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any or all items of such bids GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION: The work to be done consists, in general, of providing and implementing water pollution control plan and construction site management; providing traffic control and construction area signs; providing and implementing de-watering system; providing excavation shoring protection; removing sediment in channel; removing temporary stabilization measures; removing concrete channel wall and footing; construction of reinforced concrete wall and foundation footing; furnishing, placing and compacting wall backfill; installation of chain link fence and redwood board fence; reconstruct concrete pathway; and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete said project. This project is subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws, rules and guidelines contained in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to payment of prevailing wages.
