Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in San Leandro, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,100-square-foot multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete roof replacement of approximately 9,100 square feet. Contractor shall remove and safely dispose of the existing roofing, including approximately 8,700sqft of asphalt shingle and 400sqft of built-up asphalt roofing. The contractor shall inspect the roof for dry rot or other structural issues and make recommendations to the County, if needed. The contractor will install a Guardian fall safety system. The contractor will then install a new Garland roof system. This is a full turn-key project, and the Contractor is to provide all necessary work required to complete the roof replacement. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the County, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the County of Alameda, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work. The budgetary estimate for the scope of work is approximately $280,000 The time to complete this project is three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
