Wednesday, December 22, 2021, Questions and RFIs Due The General Manager of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (h.a.r.d.), Alameda County, State of California, hereby calls for sealed bid proposals for the demolition and removal of all structures on the site of 16020 through 16050 East 14th Street. Prior to demolition, project will include abatement and removal of hazardous materials as documented in ACC Environmental Consultant report dated December 2, 2020. Structures will be demolished, and the site will be left in a safe, clean condition. Demolition and clearing of the site will produce building materials to be recycled for backfill, site stabilization and architectural reuse in other District properties. If electronic package is larger than maximum size, Bidder is responsible to deliver a download link before deadline, wherein required submittal materials can be successfully downloaded.
