Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Saginaw, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Purpose of furnishing labor, materials and equipment and the performance of all work required in the construction of the Saginaw Kiwanis Veterans Memorial Relocation. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which bids are opened. The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work within ten (10) days after the date written notice to do so shall have been given to him, and to achieve Substantial Completion within 140 calendar days. The Contractor agrees to achieve Final Completion within 7 calendar days after Substantial Completion has been achieved, subject to such extensions of time as are provided by the General and Special Provisions
