Project Address: Santa Fe High School - 108 N. Mitchell Ave, P.O. Box 197, Alma, Missouri 64001 Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: General: All demolition, sitework, architectural, structural, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, access control, technology and utilities as indicated in the Contract Documents and as further defined in the Scopes of Work Time is of the essence for this Project. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Substantial Completion as set forth: must be completed by the dates indicated below: 1.
