Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) requires a full multimodal network redesign that will better meet the needs of its riders, provides more effective service, and can respond to a rapidly changing public transit market. In doing so, UCAT seeks to consolidate duplicative technologies and develop a uniform hardware and software platform capable of providing dynamic tools for scheduling, routing, and operational management. Proposals must be inclusive of the System/Technology Goals that UCAT has provided in Section 4.0 and adhere to the proposed scope of work provided in Section 3.0 in the attached solicitation.
