Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kingston, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000335297 The project consists of installation of traffic signals and replacement of curbing and sidewalk along the Clinton Avenue Corridor from John Street to Albany Avenue in the City of Kingston. The work will consist of installation of 2 traffic signals, replacement of approximately 900 linear feet of curbing and sidewalk, milling and paving the roadway along with work zone traffic control and site restoration. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Guarantee 100 % All work shall be completed by December 31, 2024. It shall be assumed the notice to proceed date will be on or before February 15, 2024. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted after 4:00 pm on November 29, 2023 *The City of Kingston expressly reserves the right to waive any informality in or to accept any bid, or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the City of Kingston may appear to require. The minority-owned business or woman-owned business utilization goal for this project is $220,000,
