Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by The University of Alabama at Birmingham Facilities Planning Design and Construction for UAB Project NO. 230155- Shelby 103 Microscope Lab Renovation located at 1825 University Blvd, 35233 at which time they will be opened and read. Prime contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid. For more information about the project, please go to the UAB Facilities Bid Calendar at website. Applicants for Prequalification are strongly encouraged to submit applications at the earliest date possible following the first date of advertisement. UAB will review applications as submitted and notify applicants within two (2) working days of submission. Applications received after the date of the Pre-bid Conference may not be considered. Renovate two existing rooms. Combine into one space, miscellaneous demolition, add new ceiling and lighting, new HVAC system, new electrical, patch and paint walls, patch and clean floor.
