Public Notice Advertisement of Bid Removal and Replacement of Flooring in Multiple Locations at Sunny Hill Nursing Home Sealed Bids for the Removal and Replacement of Carpeting With Gerflor Creations 28 Lvt or an Approved Equivalent in Multiple Locations at Sunny Hill Nursing Home. Sunny Hill Nursing Home of Will County is seeking bids to remove the carpeting in multiple areas of the facility and replace it with GERFLOR Creations 28 LVT (or approved equivalent). At all locations listed below in Section C, high traffic carpeting, adhesive, and vinyl base removed; concrete surfaces patched and leveled; wall surfaces patched as required to accept new vinyl base; and new flooring and vinyl base installed. Contractor is responsible for removal and off-site legal disposal of all waste material generated by the project. Contractor shall ensure that work areas are properly contained to minimize dust and noise proliferation throughout the building. Contractor is responsible for relocating all furniture within a given work area and replacement of same following installation of the new LVT material and vinyl base. Areas scheduled for removal and replacement must be completed by the end of the shift. No unfinished areas will be allowed to carry over from day-to-day unless specifically approved in advance by the County. All installation materials must comply with current low VOC standards and be approved by the County prior to use
