**As of July 17, 2023, The low bidder was Adena Corporation, but bid amount is not available.** Services of a Construction Manager/ General Contractor (CM,GC) for construction management for the renovation of the Gunnison County Road and Bridge Division 3 shop, commonly known as the Crested Butte County shop). Services to include but not be limited to: collaboration with Architect and Engineering team to develop final construction documents to budget, project planning, subcontract solicitation, sub-contract management, site management, direct work, and other necessary for the subsequent renovation and/or repurposing of existing building spaces, equipment replacement, modifications to facility core, shell and systems, and mechanical/ electrical systems replacement. Procurement of construction delivery servicesfor the Project will be via selection of a single Project Managing, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM,GC) on the basis of CM,GC qualitative as well as fee and general conditions proposals pertaining to all preconstruction, demolition, renovation, construction and building systems commissioning phase services, within a single, final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to be provided by the CM,GC Services of a Construction Manager/ General Contractor (CM,GC) for construction management for the renovation of the Gunnison County Road and Bridge Division 3 shop, commonly known as the Crested Butte County shop). The purpose of this request for qualifications is to seek qualified, CM,GC's who will be selected based on a statement of qualifications and a fee proposal which will be in the form of a percentage based fee for profit and a general conditions. Pre-construction services will include professional opinions from the CM,GC on constructability, phasing, specifications, and alternatives. The CM,GC and Architect will work together closely throughout the development of construction documents to ensure the project is on budget and meets the goals and requirements of the Owner. Cost cutting or value engineering exercises will be collaborative between the CM,GC, Architect, and Owner and will include sub-consultants as needed to offer opinions and alternatives to the Owner that offer the best value and performance.
