Reference Number 0000354148 The State of Colorado Institution of Western Colorado University (WCU) is soliciting the submittal of proposals for qualified Construction Manager/General Contracting entities to provide services for the renovation for the Western swimming facility (natatorium). It is approximately 6,300 sq. ft. in area which is located within Paul Wright Gym. Built in 1959, this project requires several immediate upgrades required to maintain the existing Natatorium facility to reduce the long-term maintenance costs and improve safety for students and visitors to its faculty and staff. The estimated construction cost is $1,661,600.
