As of June 27, 2023, project was awarded to Onrho Home Improvement, awarded amount is $79,978.23. Hand delivered bids must be delivered to an individual in the Business Office for the Purchasing Department (GPS: 24 Grandview Ave, Middletown).Questions are due: May 16, 2023 in writing by 2:00 pm to purchasing@sunyorange.edu.All bid envelopes/labels must be marked with the BID NUMBER, BID TITLE, Bid Opening Date and Time. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, without the consent of the College. The bidder shall make allowance in the bid for any price increase in labor and materials. Requisitions for work and/or material shall be at the price bid with no additional charges for such increases. Installer will be required to dispose of existing flooring, paddling and any other debris in a safe and proper manner. C. Installer will measure and cut flooring to size. D. Installer will transport flooring to installation site. E. Installer will lay flooring product directly to the floor, where specified. F. Installer will cut trim and stretch flooring to fit along wall edges, openings and projections. G. Installer will provide all edging, moldings or cove base, door strips, etc. with glues and adhesives per manufacturer's specification and tack strip. H. Installer will install flooring in a quality craftsmanship manner. I. Installer will provide a minimum, one-year warranty on installation. J. Installer may be required to lay carpeting tiles with adhesive. K. Installer will provide the College with Liability and Workman's compensation insurance before any work is begun
