Vendor must have the availability to provide janitorial services as described in the bid to clean student apartments during Summer Conferences. The vendor is required to provide services each weekend for 2 buildings rotating each week among 4 different buildings in Sage Point. Clean only 2 of the 4 buildings each weekend. Clean student's rooms in buildings 810, 811, 812, & 814 starting June 3, 2023 through July 29, 2023 for 9 weeks as needed. All work performed must take place between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and be done by Sunday if the job isn't finished by Saturday. Vendor must provide their own supervisor. The vendor shall provide the chemicals, cleaning supplies and equipment to complete this project. Supplies that might be needed in each apartment such as toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soaps, etc. will be supplied by University Housing and Residential Education. Sage Point 810 265 S Fort Douglas Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84113 44 apartments - 124 rooms, 62 bathrooms Sage Point 811 220 S Connor Rd Salt Lake City, UT 84113 53 apartments- 137 rooms, 67 bathrooms Sage Point 812 260 S Connor Rd Salt Lake City, UT 84113 53 apartments- 154 rooms, 71 bathrooms Sage Point 814 295 S Fort Douglas Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84113 57 apartments - 151 rooms, 73 bathrooms Excel worksheets are provided with room information. This format is like an assignment list, the vendor can assign the rooms from these lists. These also show the apartment number on column 1, room number on column 2 and each apartment has a bathroom. Tasks that must be completed by the vendor: Pick up garbage (if needed) as well as clean the trash/recycling bins and leave a new trash bag. Flip mattresses (twin foam), mattress cover replaced when necessary. Wipe/dust desks and dressers Clean bathrooms: vanity, shower, toilet, mop floor. Vacuum bedroom and entry hallway Fold blanket, place sheets and put the pillow on the bed after soiled linen is removed. Collect soiled/used linens Photos and layout of the buildings are attached. The University reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal, in the best interests of the University, while still complying with the Utah State Procurement Code.
