Pull/Purchase all needed permits for this Job. Provide all labor and materials for the job. Disconnect and remove the existing bad Aerco heat exchanger from the boiler #1 (Model# - 3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Provide and install 1 new heat exchanger for Aerco boiler for boiler #1 (Model# -3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Provide new gaskets and insulation for heat exchanger on boiler #1 (Model# -3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Piping: Replace condensate limestone/charcoal collection box. Limestone/charcoal collection box will need to be moved to the start of the condensate pipping. Replace all condensate piping (stainless steel only) going to the drain for Boiler #1 Stainless steel piping is needed because acidic water drains from the condensate boiler and to the piping. (Model# - 3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Replace OEM Flue Gaskets on boiler #1. (Model# - 3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Replace Flue Stack assembly and check flue connection and leak check. Preform combustion analysis on boiler #1 once new heat exchanger has been installed. (Model# -3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Ensure Boiler #1 is fully operational upon completion of install of heat exchanger, combustion analysis, flue gasket/insulation/piping repairs. (Model# - 3.0dualfulelowNOxboiler, serial # - G082160) Solorio HS - Boiler #1 heat exchanger replacement
