The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is for an interior renovation of the 8th floor of the DEA space. Work includes removal of the ceiling and framing, demolition, and environmental remediation, finishes and MEP equipment. Work also includes provision of a security system, including camera (device) installation and card reader installation. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov (formerly fbo.gov) in May/June.
