**As of July 5, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $436,500.83** The work includes the replacement of the horizontal right angle gear reduction unit (gear box) for Nitrification Tank 1, Stage 2 aeration equipment, and all associated work for the aerator system to function. Work additionally includes the removal, salvage, and preparation for shipping, of the existing gear reduction unit. The work is located at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non- Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgment of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Certification of non- involvement in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus pursuant to P.L. 2022, c.3, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, Certificate of Employee Information and Business Registration Certificate Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Labor and Materials Bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids
