Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 9, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 13, 2023. The Centennial School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Questions may be submitted via email to Bob Korp (bkorp@barryisett.com) on or before May 10, 2023 at 4 P.M. Responses will be provided via email to all registered plan holders Bids must include a certified check or a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wages shall apply.
