Van de Water Raw Water Pumping Station, Adjacent to 3300 River Road, Tonawanda, NY 14150. 4. Ellicott Square Building, 295 Main Street, Room 350, Buffalo, NY 14202 5. Service Center, 3030 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227. 6. Various Pump Stations and Water Storage Tanks, located within Erie County
